Carole, you are the best. Thank you for taking us by the hand and working through this potentially stressful process by hitting the “EASY” button . . . your creativity, professionalism, and expertise are highly valued. We trust you, and we love you.

Dearest Carole, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you — for reclaiming my La-Z-Boy Throne, my killer view of our beautiful golf course, my family room kingdom, and the rest of our home. Only you could have pulled off the big “Mergeration.”

After you assisted with designing and implementing the upgrades to my Glenview home in 2009 (major bathroom and kitchen renovations; new hardwood flooring; interior painting; and beautiful staging), the home sold in five weeks. Then you worked your magic on our retirement haven on Hilton Head Island. Our home looked so beautiful. Life was good. We were happy.

Then Lynn's home in Barrington Hills sold in October, and the realization that she might actually want to retain some of her beautiful belongings hit me like a brick wall. Lynn's furniture and decorations looked perfect in her house. And my furniture and belongings looked perfect in my house. But wait — MY house is now OUR house — we’re merging. “Oh, my God,” I thought to myself. “The only place Lynn's stuff can go is in our house in Hilton Head. Her stuff is nice, but our house is perfect — Lynn is going to junk up our house!”

But, alas — CaroleCreates to the rescue. Before the house ever closed, you helped us determine which of Lynn's pieces would fit into the new scheme, and which would not; which of my pieces would stay, and which would not. My brand new beautiful dining room table was perfect, but Lynn's crickety old dining room table was more functional. Lynn's sectional was perfect for the bonus room, but it wouldn’t fit up the stairs. We couldn’t figure out how to place my La-Z-Boy in the family room where it needed to be, and I was in a major funk. A baby grand piano in our fabulous living room? Are you kidding me? It wasn’t easy to negotiate, but you pulled it off, and you made us both feel great about it. Thank goodness we all love each other.

The bottom line is: the house is not junked up. Far from it. Thanks to your fabulous arbitration techniques and creative design skills, every room in the house looks fantastic, Lynn and I are still wildly in love, she loves her crickety old dining room, I love my reclaimed La-Z-Boy Throne, the bonus room has transitioned from “Man Cave” to “Lynn's Lounge,” the baby grand is indeed grand, the pictures are all hung by the chimney with care, and everyone is living happily ever after.

Carole, you are the best. Thank you for taking us by the hand and working through this potentially stressful process by hitting the “EASY” button. The time you spent with us in Hilton Head tweaking the house was greatly appreciated, and your creativity, professionalism, and expertise are highly valued. We trust you, and we love you. You are welcome here any time. - Dave, Hilton Head Island

Carole creates beauty in the lives of others. - Sonia, Lincolnwood

Over a period of years, my wife and I have collected an eclectic range of furniture and art from different travels. Carole drew out which of the pieces we liked best and worked those in first and later filled in with the remaining elements. She also made a couple of particularly creative ideas of which we are truly appreciative as we would have never come up with them ourselves. - Scott, Arlington Heights

Through the proper placement of furniture as well as utilization of mirrors, artwork and plants, Carole transformed our cluttered and somewhat drab home into a showpiece! We had over 25 showings and each and every comment left by the realtors praised the presentation. Our house was under contract within two weeks and Carole's transformation was a large part of the reason why. We plan on utilizing Carole's skills and artistic eye in our new home and gladly recommend her services. - Frank, Northbrook
